It is that time of year again, The BC grain Producers are aware that many producers have not been able to haul all of their grain during winter months we have been in communication with the ministry of transportation. In efforts  to limit calls and streamline communication we would like to  pass along the following information. Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act load restrictions will be imposed on the Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice:
LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Peace District, Service Area 22, North Peace & within the Peace District, Service Area 21, South Peace

Exemptions permits are available through the Ministry by sending a road Load exemption application to  Peace.Exemptions@gov.bc.ca

Please not the applications will be processed in the order they are received, please only submit for roads that you know you will require to improve the turn around time of your application.
